If I could find the 'bones', I give these blogs with a high rate of 8 to 10. There are some blogs I love and read very carefully whatever's new. New blogs I scan quickly and then decide whether to read in more detail, come back ... or not. Quality is important .. but for those blogs I read regularly I also like to see frequent posts (if I like something then I want more of it!). I don't know much of their training but it keeps them looking for the essential stuff you put in your writings than be carried along the narratives.
