Sharm el-Sheikh Bombings: Failure to Thrive
Assalam Alaikum wa rahmat Allah.
Peace be upon you dear visitor.
It seems there is a problem with July of this year. Have you noticed that Sharm el-Sheikh bombings that happened yesterday in Egypt on the 23rd of July 2005 are only sixteen days separated from London bombings?

Sharm el-Sheikh bombings (2005)
I have noticed and found them supporting my elaborations regarding London 7/7 devil’s day; hence my concern in this post is about the timing of Sharm el-Sheikh bombings, so think about the following:
- Taba blasts: on 7/10/2005 while Egyptians were celebrating 6th October war victory;
- Sharm el-Shiekh blasts: on 23/7/2005 while Egyptians were celebrating 23rd July Revolution.
Here I am just wondering, a coincidence? Maybe but I think this by no doubt is a part of psychological warfare against Egyptians to make them desperate but this will never succeed because Taba blasts and Sharm el-Sheikh bombings are nothing but failure to thrive both on the short and the long run respectively.
As an Egyptian-Arab-Muslim person, I am emphasizing on an important point: if the radical extremists or whoever committed those attacks think that their dirty work might make Egyptians feel desperate or being afraid, then I have bad news for them because they are definitely wrong on both the short and the long run and they shall never reach anything through terrorism. This is nothing but failure to thrive either for Sharm el-Sheikh bombings, Taba blasts or any other attacks and here are my elaborations.
Egypt: The Bloody Decade of Terrorism
I am still recalling the 1990s in the past 20th century where we used to face the ugly face of terrorism committed by radical extremists while the world was not paying any attention since terrorism was not under spotlights yet as it is nowadays.
During this bloody decade, instead of focusing on what Islam calls for, the radical extremists used to manipulate Islam and Islamic knowledge to serve their purpose even before al-Qaeda exists like today. These mentalities that have nothing but extremism were clear for Egyptians before this bloody decade when they succeed in the assassination of our noble awarded Egyptian President Anwar Sadat in 1981.
Egypt – inshallah – shall never fall down from attacks like these because Egyptians love their country and are anti-terrorism by default. Hereby, I do not segregate between Muslims and Christian like some people used to do since we are Egyptians who live under the umbrella of our country.
Nevertheless, there are problems indeed in many things and on different levels; however solving them is beyond extremism and terrorism because these acts do not only supply any solutions but also hid behind fake and manipulated games to reach for their goals, hence Sharm el-Sheikh bombings are simply failure to thrive on all levels.
In a nutshell, it is sad to watch the scary movie of Islamophobia plus terrorism which is playing everywhere; however I repeat what I mentioned before that since one names of Allah is “Al-Adl” that literally means (“The Just” or “The Equitable”), therefore Allah shall judge everyone in the hereafter according to what he (and she) had presented during our life on planet Earth!
May Allah bless the souls of all the innocent victims who had died everywhere. Amen!
Salam,
Hicham
