Other views regarding what he believe in or caused him to do so has nothing to do with the criminal side of the case but may be subjected to debates to see how to solve the stereotypes by whoever aganist whoever, which is not the job of the judge as I believe. Who/what can be the reference for that? She believed in Isalm, so maybe we should refer to Islamic justice. he did not beleieve, as far as we can see from his acts, so cant really find a logical reference for his favor. Why can t he be handed to the victims' country for trial? It is only fair to give her folks an input in the judgement of his trial. What would be considered as justice in this case ?!
