Knocking on Heaven’s Door

Assalam Alikom wa rahmat ALLAH
Peace and blessing be upon you

Hello Everybody

Today is day 19 since Israel had assaulted Lebanon on July, 12th, 2006. This day is different because Israel had committed a new massacre in Qana where 57 innocent civilians were killed according to the BBC.

I want to say that what had happened really suites the mentalities which is rolling Israel since 1948 until today as I’d described the in the previous two posts; therefore I’m not willing to discuss it any more.

bombing Qana - 2006Today, I’m just a messenger; I’m carrying a message from this little girl; I’ll call her Nur. Nur in the Arabic language = Light in English. Nur had told me something even if we didn’t - and will not ever - meet on this planet;

Nur said:

She: Salam, Hicham
Me: Salam, Nur.

Me: I don’t know what to say
She: Don’t be sad dear; I’m not the first, and I’ll not be the last. This is the reality of this state.

Me: I know and I’d mentioned this before, but still don’t know what to say.
She: Do you know what happened?

Me: No, you tell me.
She: I was sleeping in the basement of a house with my family, and an “intelligent missile” hit the house and killed us for no particular reason except the deep hate those people feel against us. They are twisting the truth, forget that they are occupying forces anganist resistance, and still find the support from the world.

Me: Did you feel anything?
She: I was just sleeping beside my brother, my sister, father and mother. Suddenly, I find this man holding me. Actually, he’s holding my dead body which had left this planet without any sorrow. My soul is free; my country will be always free despite of what’s happening now. Finally I shall meet my family in Heaven, and this is the real happiness.

Me: You are totally right.
She: Before leaving Earth to Heaven, I want to mention something: We will always be free. The real losers are the Israeli people on the long run as you mentioned before. Let them twist the truth, let their friends + supporters use the “veto” and say “Israel has the right to defend herself”. Let the world watch without making any real progress. Let the supporters legitimate the actions in the name of “Self Defence”. Let them find the courage to sleep in the night, and kill from behind. Let them say whatever they want to say, but you should know that we’ll always be free, as much as everyone performs his role in the right way.

Me: You are totally right. Are you leaving now?
She: Yes, and I want to say one last thing before leaving: Poor humans! Who didn’t discover the light inside yourself yet.

Any listeners? Any one who understand? I’m leaving. Salam

Salam, May ALLAH bless your soul

    Salam, Hicham

That is so hauntingly beautiful, what you wrote… (Don’t ever worry about spelling mistakes - everyone makes them - it’s the content of your message that counts.)

I can almost hear the dialogue between you and ‘little Nur’… When I first saw her tiny, ashen body being cradled so delicately by a stranger, I wept and my heart ached palpably … I watched the BBC reports with disbelief, anger, and pain for the snuffing out of such innocent lives… Even the basement of the building where this family took refuge could not withstand the relentless Israeli bombardment by their so-called ’smart bombs’.

The UN and most of the world’s leaders are at last speaking out in disapproval (and some in angry condemnation) of Israel’s attack going too far… And Israel has promised a 48-hour cessation… However, this is far from any cease-fire, and very, very far from a peaceful, equitable, just resolution to this interminable conflict… (Indeed since the inception of the State of Israel, if not even before…)

Nevertheless, your heartrending eulogy–your tribute–to little ‘Nur’ so very deeply echoes her plaintive plea for light and peace…

Annamarie - I totally agree with what you’ve said. Again and agian, the real problem is ligitimating the israeli actions, either via “veto” or just via “angry condemnation”

“Angry Condemnation” can came from from the public, but what about the governments which have the role in the ‘Security Council’? I mean the EU + Canada + China + Russia + Japan and of course the Arab ones.

I can’t understand for how long they well be ‘just watching’, as if they are watching a movie on a cable channel or something!

Subhann ALLAH! People, this is not a movie, this is real attrocities comiited on the ground.

Annamarie - Within your comment, something attracted my attention: You said “what so called ’smart-bomb’“.

Mmm, i think they are not only smart but they are intelligent.

Why? because - according to the israeli way of thinking - those intelligent missilesseems like having the ability to call people in order to warn them before bombing, but unfortunately, people were sleeping and didn’t answer the warning call!

    O! VERY INTELLIGENT

    Dear some muslim man,

    Assalam Alikom!

I am a Filipino Christian and my eyes are always filled with tears when I see the Lebanese families, women and children suffering. Some of them are your muslim brothers and sister! - the victims of “war crimes”.

I feel helpless even though we signed petition letters.

Brother, I believe you are in the light! In this situation when the world seems to be blind and ears are deaf, let Muslims and Christians unite in prayer for peace! Please be assured of our prayers of the Filipino people to God/Allah.

Everyday in our churches, we pray for peace in the Middle East. This is not much, but many Filipino hearts are bleeding because of this onslaught. Last weekend we have fasted.

My words could not solve this problem but let us not loose hope so that peace based on justice in the middle East!

I am one with all the muslims of good will who want true peace!

    Assalam Alikom!

    Am Mijares - Welcome brother.

Yes, justice is the missing word. The injustice situation in the current planet rasied from those people who do not understand how value Human being means.

The light which you take about was sent via messengers + prophets to mankind, simply because it was sent from the main and only source; ALLAH (swt)/GOD.

ALLAH (swt) sent all prophets and end them with prophet Muhammed (pbuh) with the last message, Islam.

Islam, therefore, respects mamkind on the contrast to what the media tells you in the form of ‘Bin Laden’, ‘Zarqawi” and ‘al-Qaeda’ Those are just fake screen and totally away from the core of Islam.

As I always say, Utopia will never exsists, because humans are just humans who are subjected to the right and the wrong.

I think that good people are still found. Therefore, I think we shoud do our best for mankind, no matter what the race, or the faith.

I wish to see better situation for Mankind.

Finally: Open invitation to download the free I-MAG Magazine as those meaning had been discussed in details in the past issues.

Peace and blessings be upon all.

Your are right somemuslimman! In fact we cannot have true peace without justice. Peace is not like the dead calmness of the cemetery but it is something alive, active and we have to work for justice to attain its desired effect which is peace.

I pray for justice in your country and in the Middle East and for the whole world.

Again, thank you for the reminder! One with your in your ideals!

Am Mijares - Again brother, I totally agree.

Real Peace is not just words; rather it came through actions taken by responsible people.

Peace means that people undersrtand that they were born equal in rights but in the same time, they are different. Thereby, they should understand + respect the diffirence in between, and spend the efforts in building not destryoing.

Supplication to ALLAH (swt)/GOD is a must to improve the situations + everyone should do whatever he can to improve, each according to what he can offer on any scale; Writters, singers, doctors, engineers, teatchers ..etc.

I wish to see humanity more human!

Beautiful way of communicating an idea Hicham. Glad to see you’re back again. Don’t be disheartened, there are people listening.

I have written a few thoughts on this issue at ‘The Heretic’ and ‘Diretribe’. Perhaps, when you have the time, you might want to peruse them.

Ideas are like seeds that grow in the afterglow of another’s thoughts. After which, they turn to seeds yet again till exposed to the thoughts of yet another soul. And in the course of time they will hold the potential of sprouting a canopy that shelters the entirety of humanity.

    best regards,

    Inquisitor

Inquisitor - You are mostly welcome. Believe me, it was not an idea, as much as feelings which I felt I must express.

I agree with your comment, and I’ll visit your thoughts and see what’s written there as soon as possible incha’allah.

FreeCyprus -Thanks for stopping by! Yes, the free blogger world is really something great.

Finally, I wish this maddness stop because what’s happening is not human at all! However it is not only by wish. Everyone should do his best to stop this maddness.

Our Father, who art in heaven
    Hallowed be Thy name.
    Thy kingdom come.
    Thy will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.
    Give us this day our daily bread;
    and forgive us our trespasses,
    as we forgive those
    who trespass against us;
and lead us not into temptation,
    but deliver us from evil.

    For thine is the kingdom,
    the power and the glory
of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit,
now and forever and to the ages of ages.

    Amen

    [Orthodox Christian prayer]

Anonymous - I’m pretty sure that ALLAH (swt)/GOD is watching us, and see how misrable creatures we became!

That’s why he sent the messengers to Mankind, to guide them to the light, but unfortunatley people ignore!

People do not want to listen except for the darkness which came from deep inside, and ignore the light which came to fight such darkness!

That’s why Nur - the little girl in the original post - told: “Poor humans! Who didn’t discover the light inside yourself yet.”

    Yes Nur!

Hizballah’s propaganda arm falls on hard times. “Reuters withdraws all photos by Lebanese freelance,” from Reuters:

LONDON, Aug 7 (Reuters) - Reuters withdrew all 920 photographs by a freelance Lebanese photographer from its database on Monday after an urgent review of his work showed he had altered two images from the conflict between Israel and the armed group Hizbollah.

Anonymous - Well, I do not believe in this quote, because Arab do not hate Israeil for just hating.

Look for the history of the Israeli governmetns and what they made since 1948 untill today, and you’ll discover who really hates who.

Arab + Muslims love people and humanity, but un fortunately, people used to hear from one side only.

PS: You are welcomed to read my new post, just before this titled Touched by an Angle”

    Thanks for stopping by!
