I am concerned about terms of use, so ‘My Blog’ (“blog.hichamaged.net”) respects your interaction while you respect the terms. This terms of use document describes the general guidelines and copyright notice for this blog.

Section 1. Contribution Guidelines

In case you are human like me and not an automated bot, then your contribution over my blog is mostly welcomed. Hereby, the following guidelines must be adhered to before posting your comments:

Blog Comments Form

• Comments are held for moderation to avoid SPAM and irrelevant allegations;
• If a comment is made using your identity, it will be deemed to have been posted by you;
• Kindly keep your comments relevant and on-topic to the subject of the particular posts that are open for comments;
• Kindly do not post information that you know to be confidential or sensitive or otherwise in breach of the law;
• I do not exercise any form of editorial control or censorship on comments in case you do not agree with me;
• Do not waist your time in posting SPAM, irrelevant comments and link dropping as they will be permanently deleted;
• Do not offer to sell or buy any product or service that are irrelevant to the post through the body of your comment as they will be permanently deleted;
• Do not post abusive, obscene, threatening, harassing, defamatory, libelous, offensive or sexually explicit material as they will be permanently deleted;
• Adult and illegal websites are not allowed to be shown over my blog either in the “author name”, “author url” or “comment body” as they will be permanently deleted;

These guidelines work in parallel with blog’s Privacy Policy in order to make my blog healthier, informative and interesting for other visitors like you.

Section 2. Content Copyright Notice

The posts published over ‘My Blog’ (“blog.hichamaged.net”) are copyrighted © Hicham Maged. All rights reserved. —  This simply means you are not allowed to copy or re-publish the full content of my blog by any mean without permission from the author and blog owner (“me”). Hereby you can:

• track-back/send pings to the original post (or page) via linking to the content’s url from your website/blog.
• publicize over social networking websites as much as it is linking back to the original content.

Hereby, if you want a summary for any post, check the “category” that files this post and you shall find a short description for its subject of the post. You can easily reach the categories from the “sidebar” to the right hand side of the blog.

On the other hand, the blog contents for posts and pages usually have illustrations in the form of “photos”, “pictures”, “images” and “logos”. These materials are copyrighted by their respective authors and I credit the original source by mentioning the « Photo Credit » field which is located to the bottom right at the end of each individual post (or page).

Consequently, this field mentions if the illustration is created by me. If you are interested in using it, you are welcome to copy it to your server but kindly mention the original source in the form of link-back to the url of my post. Thanks in advance.

Section 3. Linking to External Sites

‘My Blog’ (“blog.hichamaged.net”) usually links to external sites outside the hosting domain-name hichamaged.net, so while I do care about clean neighborhoods, I am neither responsible for the contents or reliability of any other websites to which we provide a link nor endorses the views expressed their.

Additionally, ‘My Blog’ (“blog.hichamaged.net”) does not operate, control or has any responsibility for the information, products and/or services found on the external sites. Hereby, as a visitor, you can direct any concerns regarding any external link to its corresponding site administrator or webmaster.
