Bikini?

Bikini Sandwich
A billboard -that advertises a famous brand name of Fast Food services in Egypt- caught my attention via offering the Bikini sandwich!

I wonder according to what perspective they named it so? I don’t think they meant “exposed meat” for example :P

My two questions are:
1. Any insight? and
2. what do you think?
