War Runis back to the Middle-East

The sounds of war in the Middle East are still echoing as the Death and Destruction Show is playing while the ruins are increasing. In this post, I continue my elaborations on the recent Israeli assault on Lebanon in June 2006 so if you have not read my previous post, please do so as I do not like duplicating my words.

Separation Wall of Hate
I intended to describe what Israel is doing with in Lebanon the word “assault” instead of the common word “offensive” that is widely used by the majority of news agencies since what is happening in cannot be described as offensive only; it is rather a complete assault against a country which is another member in the United Nations as you can check the United Nations Member States list for that matter.

Israel is twisting the truth with total support from its colleges worldwide and wants people to forget that they are occupation forces. It was declared as a state on 15^th of May 1948 thirty years after “The Balfour Declaration” that was signed on the 2^nd November 1917. I am not willing to discuss the history or the political situation in this post since politics and politicians have their own agenda in the Middle East conflict; however I am mentioning the dates as a good starting point to talk about human being who are falling!

Hence, since the declaration of Israel as state until now, the successive Israeli governments tried to shape the world opinion to support Israel against Arab, because they – Arab – are “terrorists” who want to destroy Israel according to the Zionists believe that twist the truth and want people to forget that they are occupying Arab lands specially since 1948 and especially after 1967.

Israel is a member state in the United Nations but what did this country – represented in their leaders – offer to the word except killing civilians in Palestine and Lebanon with its arsenal, killing children and women via their warplanes, destroying cultivated lands with bulldozers and abusing prisoners of war inside its jails and finally, destroying the entire infra structure of another United Nations state member – Lebanon – in the name of the right to defend itself ans when resistance reply, Israelis say they are terrorists, and should be blamed!

Twisting the facts that how occupation force is acting against the legal resistance forces and world is just watching and legitimating their actions not only by the direct supporting for the Israeli statements in parallel with ignoring all the United Nations resolutions for the Arab-Israeli conflict since 1948 till today.

Hereby, I consider people who are listening to one side only and ignore the other side of the problem are another factor of making the situation worries. Therefore I want to tell you “sorry” because killing the innocent people in this brutal way is not a self-defense action by any mean; rather these are barbaric action and clear assaults that cannot be legitimated within any mentalities that really care about humanity, so here again I am emphasizing on how civilians matter yet they are still falling!

Zionism not Judaism
In the World War II, Jewish people were abused in the Holocaust. This is a historical fact that is not in favor of denying because it was illegal acts against innocent human beings either whether Jewish or not who were killed for no particular reason except the hate from the Nazi! Consequently as mentioned before, I am aware well about the difference between “Jew” and “Zionist” and hence, I do not have this stereotype image that many people have against Muslims when they say Arabs and Muslims are terrorists.

By the way, playing with the card of “Anti-Semitism” will fail because Arabs are Semitic same as Jews. Moreover, the problem is not about Jews but mainly about Zionists who are committing assaults against Arabs and want the world to ignore that they are occupation forces on the Arab land.

Now for God sake, how can you describe the Israeli actions, self-defending? You may have watched the photos of the current attacks against civilians in Lebanon and the same against civilians in Palestine. This is a real holocaust that cannot be understood although I am not fully surprised since what is happening now had happened before: in “Bahr el-Baqar massacre (1970)”, “Sabra and Shatila massacre (1982)” and “Qana massacre (1996)”. The former assaults in 1970 were done by Israeli forces against an Egyptian school and killed the children their when they bombed with air forces!

For that matter, same mentalities that do not care about any other races except themselves since 1948 are still in the scene while no one can dare to raise a voice against them because they do not want to look for the situation from all perspectives.

Light follows Dark
The United Nations had been established for the welfare of humanity after the stupid actions of Word War II, but unfortunately when governments do not care about people, injustice will reveal as we see today in many places worldwide and in the Middle East specifically and I still believe that believe that United Nations is the place to be a real meeting point for countries to co-operate not for countries to fight.

I believe that we must co-operate to the welfare of humanity and to spend our efforts in building not in creating another ruins on this planet however how can this happen while the Israeli assaults are continuing over the occupied Arab land, while the United Nations resolutions are not implemented, in addition to killing people and applying blockade on them?

To the Israelis: you have not proof anything yet except supporting the killing of the innocent people since 1948 until now. The wall that you are building to separate yourself from the others does not only exists on the ground of Palestine from the physical point of view but it is also placed in your minds because you do not want to listen and rather apply force, assaults see situations only from your perspectives and let the others burn.

If you are really looking for peace, try to stand up against the wall and destroy it by actions, same as the Germans did in Berlin on 1989, and try to find the way to communicate and respect the others. It does not matter wither you are an Oxford or Harvard graduate if you can not see what human life means, or respect the other races. Moreover, it is clear that you are loosing on both: the short run and the long run through these assaults; loosing peace, hiding behind the wall of fear which you had created by your hands. In fact, you are loosing everything.

Human Rights mean that every one has the right to live in peace on this planet regardless the color, race, and faith. Thereby, they should be placed in actions among all countries, not only to be printed over some papers and became a document (ref 123/xyz) in the United Nations archive.

On the other hand, it is very important not to judge people according to their races or their faith; rather judge them according to their words and actions. This is what Islam told us to do as the final message from Almighty Allah (swt) to Mankind and that is why Islam is not accepting terrorism as I mentioned in the previous post. Hence, humans are not The Almighty Allah (swt) – GOD – to judge people based on their faith or race same as we are neither angels nor devils; but rather humans from clay who are subjected to do the right and the wrong.

Shall we hear and understand? Shall everybody worldwide try to improve the situation? I am concerned about humans, not politics so let this world put an end to the ugly image of ignoring people who are under occupation with least rights, and refugees everywhere!
